No. A standard LTC payment is pseudonymous: the amount and the addresses involved are permanently visible on Litecoin's public ledger. Litecoin has an optional MWEB confidential mode, but it is not the default, so don't treat ordinary LTC as private. If default-on privacy matters to you, a coin like Monero is a better fit.
