Pay for Hosting with Ethereum
Fund your ChainVPS balance with Ethereum (ETH) and deploy servers without accounts, KYC, or a card on file.

Network fees
Low and variable. Mainnet ETH transfer fees are typically a few cents to a small fraction of a dollar in current conditions, but they float with network demand and can rise during congestion. Your wallet estimates the gas cost before you send.
Settlement
Top-ups are usually credited to your balance within minutes, once the network confirms the transaction.
Paying with Ethereum
Ethereum is a decentralized smart-contract blockchain, and ETH is its native coin used to pay for transactions (gas) on the network. For paying for hosting it settles peer-to-peer from any self-custody wallet, with no bank or intermediary approving the transfer.
Privacy: Ethereum is pseudonymous, not private: every transaction and wallet balance is recorded on a public ledger anyone can inspect, and addresses can be linked back to you if they were funded from a KYC exchange. If on-chain privacy matters to you, a privacy-by-default coin like Monero is a better fit; ETH's advantage here is that ChainVPS never asks for your identity, only a payment.
Best for: Anyone who already holds ETH in a self-custody wallet and wants a fast, widely supported top-up without needing to acquire a separate coin.
How it works
Top up in four steps
- 1
Choose Ethereum at checkout
Start a balance top-up on ChainVPS and select Ethereum (ETH) as your payment method. Billing is prepaid: you fund a balance and your services draw from it.
- 2
Get the payment address
ChainVPS generates a unique ETH deposit address (and the exact amount) for your top-up. Send native ETH on the Ethereum mainnet to that address, and only for the shown top-up.
- 3
Send from your wallet
Open MetaMask, Rabby, Trust Wallet, or your hardware wallet, paste the address, enter the amount, and confirm. Let your wallet set the gas fee so the transaction goes through promptly.
- 4
Balance credits automatically
Once the network confirms your transaction, ChainVPS credits the ETH to your account balance automatically, and you can deploy or renew services right away.
Wallets
Send ETH from any of these
Non-custodial wallets keep your keys in your hands. ChainVPS never asks for a wallet login or seed phrase.

Questions
Paying with Ethereum — FAQ
Do I need an account or ID to pay with ETH?
No. ChainVPS is no-KYC and does not require identity documents. You create a balance and pay from your own wallet; there is no card or bank verification.
Is paying with Ethereum private?
No, it is pseudonymous. ChainVPS won't ask who you are, but the ETH transaction itself is permanently visible on the public Ethereum ledger and can be traced. For on-chain privacy, consider Monero instead.
Which network do I send on?
Send native ETH on the Ethereum mainnet (L1) to the address shown at checkout. Do not send from a Layer-2 or as a wrapped/bridged token unless the checkout explicitly lists that option, or the funds may not be credited.
