Terms of Service

By creating an account or deploying a server you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We can never recover a password we do not store in plaintext.
• One person or entity may hold multiple accounts; we impose no identity linkage between them.
• You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction.

Prepaid balance & billing

• All services are prepaid. You top up a balance in cryptocurrency and services deduct from it.
• Renewals draw automatically from your balance. If the balance cannot cover a renewal, we notify you before the service is suspended.
• Unused balance remains yours while your account is active and can fund any product.
• Because payments are in crypto and services are consumed in real time, spent balance is generally non-refundable — but we do not freeze or confiscate unused balance.

Acceptable use

Your use of ChainVPS is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. It is short, content-neutral and honest about the few things that are genuinely off-limits.

Service levels

We target 99.9% monthly uptime on power, network and host availability, backed by SLA credits to your balance. Live and historical status is published on our status page.

Suspension & termination

• We may suspend a service that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, endangers the network, or is subject to a valid legal order we are bound to honour.
• You may cancel any service at any time; billing for that service stops the same hour.
• We will not terminate an account merely for the lawful content it hosts.

Liability

Services are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the balance you have on account. You are responsible for your own backups and for the legality of your workloads.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
