ChainVPS is built so that privacy does not depend on trust. The less we know, the less anyone can ever ask us for.

What we collect

The minimum required to run an account and keep a server online — and nothing gathered for profiling, advertising or resale.

Email addressOne email to create an account and receive service notices. A throwaway or alias is fine. In token mode, not even that.

Prepaid balanceThe amount you have topped up and drawn down. Tied to your account, not to a bank or card.

Active servicesWhich servers are provisioned to your account, so we can keep them running and bill from your balance.

Support messagesWhat you send us in tickets, kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue.

What we never log

No government ID, no phone number, no real name, no proof of address — none of it is ever requested.
No traffic inspection. We do not monitor, scan or record what runs on your server or passes through it.
No connection logs tying your IP to sessions or activity beyond what transient security needs require.
No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no third-party pixels anywhere on this site.
No card numbers, no bank details — we never touch a traditional payment rail.

This site loads zero third-party requests. No fonts, scripts or images are fetched from anyone else. You can verify it in your browser's network tab.

Cryptocurrency payments

Top-ups are handled as crypto transactions against addresses generated for your invoice. We record that a balance was funded — not a card, a bank, or an identity behind it. Monero payments carry no meaningful on-chain link at all.

Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active. When you close an account, associated data is purged on a short schedule beyond what minimal legal bookkeeping requires. Destroyed servers are wiped and their space reallocated.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you logged in. There are no tracking, advertising or cross-site cookies, and nothing to consent to beyond that functional necessity.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or share your data. We do not run third-party analytics. We do not embed external services that could observe you. The list of companies we share your data with is empty.

Your control

Close your account at any time from the control panel — data purges on our retention schedule.
Use token mode to operate without even an email on file.
Reach the panel and your servers over Tor or a VPN; we serve an onion mirror for exactly this.

If a lawful, valid request ever reaches us, we can only ever produce what we actually hold — which is deliberately almost nothing.
